Online Resumes: Hiring A Resume Writer For Online Resume Postings

Let's face it; if you are looking for a mid-level or lower position or job of any type just to pay the bills, most-likely you will use online jobsites and post your resume online. (I know, you said you never would, but you will or have!).

By doing so, you will be in a true competition with up to thousands of other prospective employees. What are the implications of this situation? You had better hire someone that knows what they are doing to write your resume for posting.

Your online resume absolutely must be well-organized, crisp-looking, keyword rich, worded professionally, and error-free. Understand? Web writing is different than traditional writing, even for resumes.

Some companies use other firms to scan their piles of applicant resumes, others do it in-house. Many still let a pair of eyeballs take 20 seconds to eliminate much of the "pile" or e-mails or postings.

Still, the selection and narrowing process is sometimes this generic and impersonal. The idea is to make the first cut and obtain an interview. Interviews are what resumes are written to accomplish. Then, you earn the job yourself, in person!

Never assume your resume or resume writer is going to get you a job based solely on the document itself. Things do not work that way - despite the fact that your resume is the first job assignment you are judged on! (Yes, even if you do not write it, you are ultimately responsible for delegating the responsibility and having it completed.)

At Jimmy Hall Writing Services /Atlanta (404-580-1501) I can and will write your online resume or regular resume at a competitive price. Contact me soon! I am Jimmy Hall.
