RESUMES: Writing Your Resume, What Resume Writers Need/Atlanta ... (404-580-1501)

Your resume is important. It is actually the first task or project that you do for your future employer? How so? The resume must be written, or delegated to a resume writer to be wriiten on your behalf, and then you are responsible for the final product given to the potential employer for consideration. Get it? resumes are written virtually every few minutes in Atlanta.

That resume is s a snapshot of YOU. If you do not do a great job of representing yourself to the possible employer, why should they want to hire you! No matter what type of position you are applying for, you are usually still expected to be able to produce a good resume, even if the job itself has ZERO to do with writing or organizing!

At my writing service, I make sure that clients provide me with complete info before I write. This includes full name, address, phone, e-mail addresses, and other contact info, 8-10 adjectives about themselves, a work ethics quote, a complete job history with company names, service dates, locations, duties, accomplishments, and transferrable skills, etc... Hint: I am a solid resume writer and know what is needed to get in the employer's door.

I also like to have a full educational picture with degrees, diplomas, schools, locations, years attended, special awards, clubs, course specialties, sports, academic achievements, and other pertinent information.

Lastly, I also like to see something about their everyday lives, whether it be church, golfing, clubs, mentoring, chess, travel, charity work, and what not.

When someone else is writing your resume, they need to feel like they know you. Sell yourself to them (hopefully me) so that they can sell you to the employer for an interview. Remember, the average resume gets about 30 seconds of initial sight, if that.
