Business Plan Problems - Clients Versus Business Plan Writers/ Jimmy Hall Writing Services

An experienced business plan writer/Business Plan Writing Service in Atlanta or elsewhere can easily assimilate client material, sort it, organize it, word it properly, and tailor it to the needs of the proposed business owner or current owner.  However, often their are problems between clients and business plan writers. What?

Business plan writing services need full and correct information to compose a successful business plan. The client often wants to start the company and make money, but not do much research for their own company and idea!

The business plan writer (like myself at Jimmy Hall Writing Services / Atlanta) will keep in mind that he is not just writing for the client, but also bankers, investors, financial organizations, and select employees of the organization. To do this, however, he needs full facts, figures, and philosophies of the organization the plan is being developed/written for - NOT just bits and pieces.

If I could personally talk to every American needing a new business plan, I would tell them to gather as much information as possible about their industry, geographical area to be served, target market, competition, marketing/sales tactics, and projected costs, salaries, and sales for 1-3 years. The client should pretend to be a banker being approached for a loan for the business.

From a personal standpoint, with 2 business degrees, I can often fix moderate problems with the numbers and figures/projections - but only if I have a solid base of information and estimates to work with. I consider this to be an added touch which is actually beyond the scope of my contractual obligations - that I will do if NOT held liable. Business Plan Writing Services usually WRITE BUSINESS PLANS, and charge extra if research or extreme plan development is required.

The whole point of this blog piece about business proposals is that if a business plan is desired, the client should be happy and willing and enthused to collect information about his future organization - if not, he or she might need to take a hard look at if their heart is truly in the endeavor....
