Preparing Resumes Guide: Resume Writers/Atlanta

Resumes: We all here about them and assume we need an updated resume if we want to change jobs or are amid a job search. But, what is the truth about the function and importance of resumes and resume writers? Do Atlanta’s job seekers need them?

Required Resumes

First of all, yes, for most respectable open positions aresume is required. However, it is not needed for the reason many job applicants think. What do I mean?

Job Vacancy Selection Process

In the modern selection system to fill job vacancies, things are done in a step by step manner. The job or position seeker must find out about the vacancy posting, ask a few questions, have an Atlanta area resume writer prepare a solid one tailored for the opening, send it to the correct person with a cover letter, and then hopefully begin a series of 2 or 3 interviews and be the last person standing for the job.

Role Of Resumes

The role of the resume for the applicant is simply to present a credible snapshot of its owner, separate him or her from the pack, and secure job interviews. It does NOT sell the applicant for the job, just the interview process.

No job seeker should ever assume that a great resume will actually get them a job. It simply does not work that way. It will get you interviews, but it is up to the applicant to sell his or herself in-person for the position. The piece of paper means very little compared to the personality, character, abilities, achievements, and conversation and answers provided in direct talks.

Resume Limits

Think of the resume as being the required centerpiece of a job hunt, but somewhat of a toothless or clawless tiger in the overall scheme of the selection process. It is the key that unlocks doors, but then it is the seeker’s task to make himself or herself both likeable and respected.

Resume Writer

The resume writer or resume preparer is vital in this job process. Why? The resume is the first task an applicant does for the potential employer. While everyone knows that few people write their own, the applicant is still nonetheless responsible for the final product and the delegation of the task.

The job seeker is more or less sized-up based on what is presented, and will be judged by the quality of it. Quality and neatness are more important than quantity. Though factual, it also makes a visual impression.

Applicant Content

If everything you’ve done in your working and studying life won’t fit on a 2-page resume, do not worry about it. If what is there is good, you will get an interview and be able to tell the rest in-person! Cite specifics. Note accomplishments and facts and figures. Understand? Be persuasive.

Changing Careers: New Career Resumes

Career changes are common around Atlanta and 21st Century America in general. Sometimes people are downsized or laid-off or fired, at other times they simply desire a new career or job by their own initiative. It happens all the time.

Still, no matter who is changing jobs or professions, they all have one thing in common: An updated resume is required to secure interviews for a new career. A good resume opens the door to employment.

The important thing is to demonstrate (or have your resume writer show) how your skills, experience, and education can transfer in a beneficial manner into the new field or new career. Somewhat like a student resume, entering a new field means a great deal of speculation on the potential employer’s part

.
It is best to show eagerness, and to list past accomplishments and relevant functions that have been performed that will create personal value in the potential new job. No one wants to hire someone that will need excessive training. Would you? Appear versatile.

In other words, the resume must be slanted towards the type of new work that is desired. It should be convincing and as detailed as possible. Every related task or duty from past jobs must be included. All training and education should also be listed, particularly on-the-job training or classes taken during past employment.

Changing careers doesn’t have to be a hard ordeal in Atlanta or anywhere else. The transition can be made smoothly with a solid resume, cover letters, and a great deal of enthusiasm and zeal. Make 2016 your year for new employment. Do not be afraid of change.

A good resume service or preparer can be a great benefit in these situations. Hire one and provide him or her or them with complete information so that a great document can be written and developed for you.

HIRING A FREELANCER: Freelance Writers Provide Benefits

Hiring a freelancer, especially aquiring the services of a freelance writer around Atlanta or North Georgia, does not have to be hard work, and you have the added benefits of not paying their benefits or using one of your staff member's time for the task that the writer can do much better anyway. Why?

Writers love to write, and most professional writers have both websites and blogs (at the very least) that certainly demonstrate or display their work product/copy. They are easy to evaluate and choose. Many are also all-over Social Media, especially Twitter, Linked-In, Google+, and Facebook.

If you want a good sample of a professional freelance writer or professional business writer's work, look around for them online. If he or she is worth anything, they will appear in Google or Bing searches. (This also likely means they are good at organic search engine optimization or SEO.)

Writing is all about informing and persuading readers to do as you wish, to convert them to your cause (usually buying something). Web content adds the extra dimension of creating its own demand or luring/drawing readers in via the search engine queries. Optimization is incredibly important online.

Do not expect a freelancer to have readily available samples of resumes, business plans, business proposals, or even corporate letters handy. How come? The info is often confidential. How would you like the sensitive work you paid for being spread around the World Wide Web?

However, past web content is easy enough to locate, and in many cases writers might have an old press release or two on file also, not always.

The writer-for-hire needs to be good with words, use solid grammar, have some business/economic knowledge, know what material he needs from you the client at the onset, and definitely know search engine optimization (SEO) if the copy is to be placed on the Web.

At Jimmy Hall Writing Services/Atlanta-Douglasville (404-580-1501) I prepare quality written material for most projects (except grants). Call or e-mail at your convenience, HJimmy577@aol.com .

LURE VISITORS TO YOUR WEBSITE: SEO CONTENT

The web content on your website must not only provide thorough and accurate information, but also convert readers, and lure visitors to your website to begin with. The more traffic the site draws through search engines (Google, Bing, etc) the greater your sales will be.

Content Writers

The job of a seo web content writer is to write material for websites and blogs that attracts these visitors by ranking high with the search engines. At the same time the words must read well; after all, sites are viewed by real human beings. The copy must make good sense and be both unique and relevant.

SEO – Search Engine Optimization

SEO stands for search engine optimization. This means being in proper form for Google, Bing, and others to return your webpages or blog pieces in queries and searches by potential clients. It involves keywords, phrases, titles, headings, correct word order, and other tactics known by good web writers.

Even a good writer may be a bad seo content writer; it is a whole different field of writing than crafting traditional copy. In my case, you found me so I must know what I am doing, right? Experience matters.

World Wide Web Material

Everything on the World Wide Web, whether on blogs, websites, social media, or in expert articles should be optimized for search engine indexing. There is little point in having any copy that is not luring visitors to itself. Content must be used as advertisement via content marketing.

Your web writer should know that his or her job is to inform and call to action/convert the visitors drawn to the webpage. Sales are the name of the game. Readers need to be prompted to contact and buy.

SEO Content Summary

In a nutshell, seo material requires good writing and exact optimization techniques. When done correctly, your material will fare far better than that of lesser optimized sites and blogs. Like it or not, your content is in direct competition with others that use your same keywords and subject matter.

Press Releases: Writing Press Releases

A good press release around Atlanta or other cities will answer all of the traditional “who, what, when, where, why, and how” questions about the upcoming event. It will be dated, have a source location, a bold heading, and will cover all pertinent information in an organized format.

Press releases usually range from one to three pages, and are released both online via the World Wide Web and/or in traditional newspapers and magazines. Many sites and firms specialize in dispersing press releases. They can be quite effective.

Web releases are of special interest to most companies. The press release writer, in these cases, should incorporate search engine optimization techniques (seo) amid these, just like any other web content writing, to attract readers through search engines. Writing press releases is also a skill or talent.

Personally, I do not like really wordy releases, but rather concise ones that cover all the basics. A lengthy release tends to harbor wordy and unnecessary content that the reader is simply not much interested in. The whole idea is to get and keep the readers’ attention and peak their interest, not bore them!

Alerting readers and potential clients to upcoming events is significant. It is good business. Just make certain that your press release writer is good with words and grammar, and understands what he or she is doing.

Your Business Writing Projects: Business Consulting/Writing

Business writing is important. Everyone seems to undertand that, but not exactly why it is so important. Business writing projects are a form of communicating in a formal or at least semi-formal manner.

Understand this: Something in writing is read and pretty much stands forever. That is why contracts are generally written and not verbal. The proof is in the written word. Again, business writing and businss writers are important.

Given these facts, managers, business owners, and individuals should make certain that a professional business writer or business consultant does their writing for them. Impressions matter. Words certainly matter. Organization and order are also very important.

A professional business writer or professional business consultant is of great value in helping to exactly express the information that needs to be conveyed in correct and understandable form. Why risk a screw-up with a staff member handling it?

Allow your staff to always do what they do best, their particular job functions, and simply hire-out the writing projects (as need be) to be done exceptionally well. It works, and the final written product will be effective and efficient.

Contact a professional writer that you feel comfortable with via the telephone, after reading his or her website and blog. Good freelance writers rock.

Jimmy Hall (404-580-1501) is a professional business writer/consultant that carefully crafts all types of written material for clients.

Kinds Of Resumes: Choosing A Resume Writer/Atlanta

Resumes come in many varieties, including basic, student, traditional, federal, executive, and professional resumes. Resume writers in Atlanta and elsewhere also come in quite a few varieties, ranging from hack writers to actual professional resume preparers that can cleverly assimilate your material and order it properly with just the correct wording and format.

The real job of a professional resume writer is to carefully craft your material into a crisp resume that secures job interviews for you. Understand? The resume itself is not meant to be so all-encompassing to actually get you a job; the system doesn’t work that way.

No, the resume (whether a basic or executive resume or any other type) is simply meant to make you stand apart from most of the competition for the position and get you invited through the door for a job interview.

Human resource staffers, managers, supervisors, and others that actually look at resumes rarely spend more than 30 or 45 seconds scanning or reading a resume before deciding if it goes in the good pile (those whose owners are chosen for interviews) or the larger pile of rejected documents (file #13).

The point is that your resume preparer must make your resume relay a favorable impression fast. The layout should look appealing, with much white space, and it must look crisp and organized.

However, this layout must be filled with precise facts, adjectives, achievements, awards, skills, education, positions, activities, training, duties/responsibilities, and other info that is persuasively worded and geared toward the position being sought.

Student resumes must demontrate skills, knowledge, and potential. Executive resumes need to demonstrate above average achievements and a dynamic skill set. Professional resumes must show absolute results. Federal resumes need to provide a large amount of data and information. Understand?

Resume writers in Atlanta, Marietta, Macon and elsewhere should know these things. I do. At Jimmy Hall Writing Services (404-580-1501) I write resumes that obtain interviews and allow clients to secure jobs and positions.

Holiday Letters: Christmas Letter Writers/Atlanta 404-580-1501

Sometimes people know what they want to write or say, but not exactly how to actually do it. That is where professional letter writers often come in to help. Holiday letters/Christmas letters can touch hearts.

A professional with a good heart can take your thoughts and feelings and present them as you desire to, to the person or people involved. It is both a talent and an art. In this manner it is still YOU saying it.

The professional letter writer does it for a living, and is not nervous or emotional as you might be when trying to write it. In fact, he or she can be a bit objective. Love must come nthrough in Christmas letters, as well as sincerity.

The whole point is that you might consider hiring a letter writer to help you say what you need to say to friends, loved-ones, and acquaintances during this Christmas Season. It can be a nice touch, and is generally not vgery expensive at all.

Jimmy Hall Writing Services (404-580-1501) also writes most types of letters, including Holiday and Christmas Letters for clients.

Making Money 2016: Businesses Making Money Needed Business Plans Initially

It seems that often the old saying is true, that to make money you need to have money. Well, that is where a good business plan comes in. They provide a track to run on, but also bring in cash to do it with.

A well-written business blueprint can secure bank loans or investors to give you the capital your business idea needs to get off the ground or to expand. Isn't that what is mainly required?

Start 2016 right. Get that business idea off the chalkboard and up and running. If you already have a good business, expand further with a great business plan. Understand? Go for it. If you don't have one, start one with your unique idea.

At Jimmy Hall Writing Services (404-580-1501) I can carefully craft and write a good business plan for your organization or yourself. Talk it over with me; read my pages about business plan writing. Together we can do this thing for you, and make 2016 YOUR YEAR.

A solid business plan must be well-written with just the correct "business-speak," and needs to be compiled by a business writer/business consultant that is educated and experienced in business and economics (I hold a MS - Business Economics & BBA - Economics).

The blueprint needs to be halfway concise, yet detailed enough that nothing is vague. Banks, especially, need a decent amount of details and speculation (projections). Many times investors that know you are not so picky, and let you worry about the details.

Christmas Writing: Holiday Letter Writing

Well, Christmas and the holidays are here. We all know what this should mean (a celebration of Jesus' earthly birth [actually conception] around 12/25), but sometimes we over-emphasize family and friends. (There are worse things to do, for sure.)

This time of the year means much letter writing (some prefer e-mailing); but, the end result is that you need to write simply, well, meaningfully, and state your love and appreciation in a rather sentimental way.

Christmas writing/ holiday writing is NOT business letter writing. Nope. These letters are to demonstrate the love you hold for others, regardless of what they have or have not done for you (or bought from you).

Drop your guard and be yourself in these letters. Do not worry about every little bit of grammar or perfect form. Again: BE YOURSELF.

Letters express thoughts from one party to another. Ideas. Get it? The great thing about holiday letter writing is that you can actually write much more "mushy" and/or "longer" than you would ever talk!!!! Do it!

Business Plan Writing: Business Plan Consultant

Hello. Guess what… If you desire to begin a new endeavor or even expand an existing one, you will likely require some funding from an outside source. To obtain this funding you will probably need a business plan, written by a smart business plan writer or business consultant. Why?

A business plan is a blueprint for your organization’s mission. It explains what you or it intends to do, and how it will be done. A business plan to an endeavor is similar to a resume for a person, but it is more forward-focused.

A good business plan writer understands that the plan must be compiled from solid information and data, and be written in a logical and persuasive manner. It must stay focused razor sharp on the organization’s mission and long-term vision, and demonstrate how each will be fulfilled.

A business plan should be written well and be informative, yet not too detail-oriented. It should explain how things will be done, without boring the reader to death. All basic questions should be addressed, as well as at least an informal SWOT Analysis.

The writer must explain how daily operations will be conducted, financing will be used, marketing and sales will be conducted, the target market will be contacted, competition will be beaten, what the products and services are, and much more. Get it?

It takes a certain kind of tact and business “know-how” to correctly organize and write a good business plan. The entrepreneur must give the writer what he needs to formulate the plan correctly and effectively. It’s all about information, and sharing the info in the right way.

No one wants to give anyone any money unless they are relatively sure they will be able to get it back, and then some. Thus, the business blueprint or business plan must be persuasive. It must bring the reader on-board with the idea. The reader must become a believer in the management of the business and the idea of the business. Understand?

A business plan sells the management as well as the organization and its mission. Ultimately, everything is all about people, brains, and trust. The business plan needs to demonstrate it all, and sell it all. The unique idea of the owners/managers must be properly shared and conveyed.

At Jimmy Hall Writing Services/Atlanta (404-580-1501) I write and develop such plans for clients. Please contact me if you need assistance. HJimmy577@aol.com .

Business Plan Consultants/Business Plan Writers

Hello. Are you interested in business plans? Join the crowd. Everyone considering a new business venture or an expansion, whether in Atlanta or NYC, knows they need a business plan; and, venture capitalists and even creditors find the basic information on business plans valuable in determining the wisdom and practicality of providing capital to the entrepreneur(s).

However, few people apart from business plan consultantsand business plan writers know exactly what should be included, or how it should be organized and formulated to be persuasive. It needs to be pretty thorough, but also concise enough to be read and understood easily. Nobody wants every little detail, but everyone wants all the basics and then some.

Obviously, all initial contact information and likely business addresses should be included, and the entrepreneur should have a good idea of how
much money will initially be needed and for what - financials. Then what?

The mission is another key concept. You must understand exactly what business you are in and what its purpose is, day in and day out. What products and services will help the mission and vision to constantly be fulfilled? What about service and day to day operations? A slogan or motto?

Preparing a business plan requires some information and data gathering, and the hiring of a good business plan consultant or business plan writer to properly organize and craft the business blueprint. Business writing is a special talent.

You might have a neat and original idea, but does it truly feel a need? Who is the target market? Where are they, and how large is the group? How can you market and cater/distribute your products and services to them? Online?

How large of a sales staff will be required?  Techniques? Is there much competition or are there similar items already on the market? Can the business obtain a solid market share? Branding?

As if this is not enough, reasonable sales expectations, revenue, and expense projections should be developed for a 3 – 5 year span. What are anticipated profits and losses? Have a decent idea, because Atlanta is a competitive area.

And, what about the organization’s ability to adapt to change? What are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of this venture? (SWOT Analysis.) What about new products or expansion? Is there a backup plan?

New ventures and expansions need to be looked at and viewed from all angles to ensure a high probability of success, and financial stability. Ventures should have a strong management team and a staff of quality individuals that are dedicated to the organization, its values, and the people running it.

It is very important that the business plan writer be given your unique ideas and general information to write and word your plan for you. At Jimmy Hall Writing Services/Atlanta (404-580-1501) I am such a business writer. I write well, and hold two business degrees and an English minor. (You are welcomed to link to this piece, and to contact me if you need a plan writer.)

SEO Article Writing Services/Search Engine Optimized Articles

Search engine optimized (SEO) articles are great for acquiring web traffic, establishing yourself and company as an industry authority, and informing and converting your potential target market. What is required?

Simply gather a bit of information that you know about, hire an seo article writer, and provide him or her the basic info and let them write. Yes, let the search engine writer use specific seo techniques to have your articles highly indexed by Google, Bing, and other search engines.

It is important that the articles be written with unique and relevant content, good keywords, and a hint of a specific location or town. While search engines are smart, they are not human yet; they still must be fed copy in a particular manner to properly index and rank material.

Search engines like keywords, but they no longer want them used so repeatedly; relevant content is more important. A good seo article writer can immensely improve traffic to your website and build up you or your company’s online reputation.

The more you have written about the products and services you sell or provide, the greater the attention you will draw to yourself and firm. Seo-styled articles are a great way to do exactly that. Good, unique, and informative pieces are a great way to assist your online visibility and increased image.

An informed client is a better client, and a repeat client. Customers like to feel like they are doing business with the best people in each field, and will return over and over to the smartest provider. Bank on it.

At Jimmy HallWriting Services/Douglasville - Atlanta (404-580-1501) I carefully craft seo articles at a great rate. Let me help you soon.

Why Your Atlanta Area Organization Likely Needs A Business Plan: Business Plan Benefits 404-580-1501

Hi, from this writing service. Let’s talk a bit about business plans. Here goes.
Business plans are useful for a variety of reasons, not the least of which is obtaining financing and physical space for doing business. What?

Yes, you generally need a solid business plan in a metro area like Atlanta for financing your operations and securing or leasing space to operate from. Financial institutions and landlords desire to see how you plan to make money to pay them something back!

So, I believe it is a no-brainer that business blueprints are needed for starting-up or expanding operations, but what other purposes do they serve? Many.
Chiefly, the business plan writer that knows what he is doing will keep the entire plan focused upon the MISSION of the organization, and the ongoing activities required to keep the organization on track with the mission and vision.

The business plan is also a great tool to keep on hand for managers, supervisors, and company officers to review regularly. The organization must adapt to change, particularly the tastes of the target market and the macro-economic environment.

The business blueprint should also provide an outline of operations and procedures. It lets managers, owners, supervisors, and others involved understand the full range of organizational activities, and how different departments do things.

It is up to the business plan writer or business plan developer to make this happen, with info the organization’s managers provide.

I guess the important point to make here is that we all generally think about business plans as a means for capital and money to be raised or loaned, but they are very much more.

The plan is to an organization much like what an updated resume is to a worker. It encapsulates much about the organization in a concise yet explainable manner. I hope this piece helps you. If so, please tell your friends and associates.

At Jimmy Hall Writing Services (404-580-1501) I can help you and your organization by crafting you a great business plan. HJimmy577@aol.com

Atlanta Letter Writers: Power Of Persuasion

Hello everyone. Letters are written to inform and persuade or thank people. In a nutshell, each should provide information, identify problems, and supply solutions – unless the letter is simply a show of appreciation. This is a universal truth, the same in Atlanta as New York City or a small town in Nebraska.

Letter writers need to write to the correct person in authority, detail the situation, and press for a solution that they provide for their client. It does little good to simply point-out problems without potential solutions; that makes it unlikely to do any good, as the reader would have to work too hard and think too much to change things.

Often, the tone matters as much or more than the content. That is why it is important for a letter writer to know the reader or to at least be told something about him or her.

In addition, the letter should be written with matter of fact authority, as if what is written is a given and understood. Letters need to be deemed as professional and authoritative. The words should be respected. The sender must be represented as respected as well.

A good letter writer will also figure out a way or an angle to have the reader want to join in on the potential solution by the sender. The writer can make the reader have a stake or something to gain by agreeing with the letter. Self-interest is alive and well in corporate America.

Letters must be human, but be focused and as concise as possible. It is not all about the letter, but what the letter can and will do for the sender. The words are just a means to the sender’s desired ends. Please feel free to share this piece if you think it is of value.

Jimmy Hall Writing Services/Atlanta-Douglasville (404-580-1501) specializes in letter writing, as well as other writing projects for clients.

Unique Original Web Content Written Quickly – 3 Days ~ Jimmy Hall/404-580-1501

We live in a fast-paced world, and with the large amount of material already on the World-Wide Web it often takes 2-3 weeks or so for new web content to be crawled and indexed by Google and the other search engines, without proper exposure. Time can be of the essence.

3-Day Web Content

At Jimmy Hall Writing Services/Atlanta (404-580-1501), for a special price I can carefully write unique and original web content foryou or your business within 3 days. That’s right. Within days your content can be online and awaiting Google & Bing.

For only $55 per each 500 words (non-home pages), your search engine optimized content will be written and delivered (e-mailed) in 3 days or less. This means that ideally, especially with a few tricks of the trade, your web content (whether webpages, blog content, expert articles, or social media material) can be indexed and available in search queries within a couple of weeks.

Web Content Attracts, Informs, & Converts

I simply ask that you provide my content service with the keywords you want to be focused upon and the basic idea of the original and unique web material you want written. I’ll take it from there, writing original content that attracts, informs, and calls readers to action (conversion).

“First Page Google?”

Only a liar can promise “first page Google” for every keyword, but I am pretty successful at pleasing search engines. For instance, you found me didn’t you? What better proof is there of my effective content writing than that very fact? Think about it. Being area specific is important.

I can do for you what this piece does for me. It is as simple as that. I’d like to help.

Online Life

Your website, blog, expert articles, and social media pieces are you or your business’ online personality and life. They should be written well, search engine optimized for your basic products and services.

If you want to improve your web traffic and increase business or online visibility, please feel free to contact me at your convenience. I also offer less-rushed web content writing at a slightly lower rate.

Preparing Businesses & Yourself For Holidays: Thanksgiving/Christmas Season/New Year – Atlanta

Are you ready for yourself or your Atlanta area business to come-out strong during the Christmas Holidays and the new year? Now is the time to set things up. But, how? What should you be doing NOW? I’ll tell you.

Individuals wanting a new job or searching for a job around Atlanta (or elsewhere) need to be having resume services prepare their resumes and cover letters NOW. Why? They should want to start the new year EMPLOYED or at least be ready to hit the ground running in the job search after the holidays. Am I right?

Businesses - Now is the time to add to or setup your blog, tweak or add to or setup your website, search engine optimize everything you have online (including your social media sites (facebook, Twitter, Google +, Linked-In, etc), and in many cases have a business plan prepared to expand or even start new operations.

Why is now the time, weeks before the Holidays hit Atlanta? Simple. This gives you the time to hire a good writing service, let them do your work for you, and give the search engines time to find, crawl, and index the web content before year’s end. You need to be FOUND by potential clients and customers.

As far as a business plan goes, if you hire someone to develop it now, you will have time to contact the appropriate people and institutions to possibly be running by the new year or soon thereafter. Time is of the essence.

The whole point is to use TIME to your advantage. Do what needs to be done now, as opposed to being under pressure in the upcoming year and also missing key holiday business.

The sooner you do things or have things done, the quicker you will reap the results from what you have done. USE TIME correctly. Make time become an asset for you or your business.

2-Day Resume Service/ Atlanta 404-580-1501

If you are anything like me, you want things done yesterday, including the writing of your updated resume. I have little patience, and there are many people just like me. For this very reason my Atlanta area writing service (Jimmy Hall Writing Services) has started a new service: 2-Day Resume Service. How does it work?

Two Day Resume Service

For only $20 extra, I will write and e-mail your executive resume to you within two days. That’s right. If you somehow do not receive your e-mailed resume in 2 days, the price reverts back to the regular price of $75 for an executive resume. The price is still only $95 for quick 2-day service. How’s that?

Resume Material/Info Required

I simply ask that you e-mail this writing service your old resume or an equivalent of the information on it, plus updated material, and a number of adjectives that describe you (HJimmy577@aol.com ). Of course, I also need to know your objective, past job titles and duties, and all awards and specific accomplishments.

Many clients also forget to name the city or towns where their past jobs were located, as well as school locations and exact degrees or specialties. I think you get the point; be thorough.

Please make a point of providing all of this data and info for your resume to be written effectively and obtain job interviews. Exact contact information is extremely important (name, street address, city, state, zip code, cell phone, and e-mail address). Make sure the resume service has the latest and best information.

Job Search Teamwork

You want a great resume that secures job interviews, and I want to be a great resume writer for you. It is a matter of job-search teamwork, right? I aim to help you obtain interviews, and then you must sell yourself to potential employers. Understand?

At Jimmy HallWriting Services/Atlanta (404-580-1501) I depend upon referrals and repeat business. Given this fact, you can rest assured that I provider a great bang for your busk with not only resumes, but every project I write. I am a solid resume writer.

Professional Letters & Thank You Letters/ATLANTA

Often-times professionals and blue collar workers alike have a need to write thank you letters, or to write other professional letters to their bosses, coworkers, subordinates, or associates/clients. The problem is that not everyone has the ability to mix business, pleasure, information, and sentimentality in just the correct mix in letters. Professional letter writers serve a purpose, folks.

Letter writing is an art and a science, requiring the talent of understanding the situation, relating it and what should be done, and doing so in a congenial but often firm manner. No matter what type of letter is to be written, it must be crafted and received as sincere and respectable. Letters must also be flowing and make good sense. A + B = C, etc…

To have a great letter written, a few requirements need to be met, and things should be done. Every bit of information related to “who, what, when, where, why, and how” should be given to the professional letter writer. Your idea of rectification should also be shared. Explain all.

Most important of all, the letter must be specifically written to exactly the right person – whether this is a person of action or the one responsible for past actions you appreciate. Know and investigate them.

Never send a letter to someone that does not have direct authority to resolve an issue, unless they have done something wonderful for you or your group. Forget generalities unless you simply cannot identify the exact person, period.
The important thing is to let the letter writer know about you and your personality, the person or people that you are writing to, and the exact situation being communicated about.

After the letter is carefully crafted, you that hired the letter writer should then “make the letter your own” by slightly tweaking it as specifically from yourself – using your own special words or phrases here and there. It must be from YOU, not just the writer.

Having said or rather written all of this, keep in mind that sincerity is the key – and your letter writer should also understand this fact; make sure that he or she does before you hire them.

Business Plans Resemble Resumes: Business Plan Development/Plan Writers (404) 580-1501

Business plans to new endeavors or expansions are akin to resumes for job seekers. Each is a necessary means amid the process for a definite ends, whether in Atlanta, Georgia, New York City, New York, or a small town in Iowa. How so?

Resumes secure job interviews, whereas business plans obtain funding and provide a solid track or plan of action for initial and day-to-day operations, once started. This is basically true everywhere in the Western World. Without cash/capital a business simply cannot start 99.9% of the time – or expand. Basic Business 101.

I write business blueprints for a living; yes, I am a business plan writer/developer at Jimmy Hall Writing Services/Atlanta (404-580-1501). These plans require solid information from the entrepreneur and great business writing skills from the writer. (Again, just like resumes.)

The same way most job candidates gather their info and data and provide it to a resume writing service for a professional plan document to be crafted, entrepreneurs gather info and write down or explain their unique ideas to a professional writer to work-up their business plans for financial institutions, investors, and potential partners and managers.

You see, both employers and financial institutions/venture capitalists want to know the basics about people and how they intend to operate once they are involved with them. What are the prospects of success or failure of this employee or this organization? Will it pay a lender or investor to provide cash? Can it be repaid or multiplied?

Understand that even a great idea means nothing without a great plan and the right people managing and implementing it. The same is also true for a job applicant; a great resume for someone that has somehow changed for the worst means nothing.

Therefore, both resumes and business plans must project the future, while using the past as a sound basis for this speculation and projecting. What is going to be done is more important that what has been done – but it is more complicated than that in both cases. How?

There are no exact formulas for success in employment or running a business; day to day adaptation and changes are required. Measures must be in place for change. Modern firms and modern people must be adaptable in actions, yet firm in moral and ethical thought – and especially their base missions.

What does all of this mean? Simple. A potential business and a potential employee, by necessity, have a lot in common. Each must be able to demonstrate the value they harbor and can unleash in the future. What?

Each person or business endeavor must also demonstrate by way of resume or business plan how they intend to function and be used to pay for themselves and then some. Potential employees and potential organizations must demonstrate value to either an employer or a supplier of money and capital.

No one or institution wants to lose cash on what turns out to be horrible opportunity costs (the cost of money or time being used in one area versus its better use elsewhere). Capitalism is about a profit motive, hopefully a noble one.

Again, at Jimmy Hall Writing Services/Atlanta (404-580-1501) I carefully craft business plans and also resumes for my clients. I’d like to assist you. Please contact me at your convenience.
