How Business Plans Work: Good Business Plans (404-580-1501) Marietta/Douglasville

Hi, everyone. Business plans are central to a new business endeavor, whether in Douglasville, Atlanta, or New York City; they are a blueprint for organizational operations and, often more importantly early-on, they serve as the  concrete means by which financing is arranged and secured. The business plan is the physical and fiscal presentation of your abstract ideas.

Too many times otherwise smart people and potential business owners do not take the writing of a business plan seriously enough. If you have a general idea, you should enjoy thinking it through to understand whether or not it can be a money-maker, right? You need facts. Writers like me need facts too!

They are easy to accumulate. Make notes about your unique idea; lookup the competition; know the target market and area; analyze potential expenses and revenues; know your key people and their talents; summarize the idea's origin and background; understand your own potential products and services and pricing options; figure-out your marketing/advertising plan; know your financial needs, and then have a professional business writer work it all up into a real business plan for you.

The business plan absolutely has to be written professionally (hopefully by a business plan developer/writer), in an organized order, make good sense, and be informative and persuasive to its important readers. A certain amount of "business-speak" is required.

Furthermore, it sure doesn't hurt to have someone that knows business and numbers to be involved in the writing, and to question anything that either doesn't make sense or is not feasible. The business plan writer should also double as a business consultant while working/writing the plan.

At Jimmy Hall Writing Services/Douglasville-Marietta (404-580-1501), I carefully assimilate information and then organize and write effective business plans for clients (everything from small operations to franchise operations to large private endeavors). Give me a call; let's do it.
